Good gynecologist

We were searching for a good obstetrician and gynecologist in Kolkata. Having availed treatment from the top Doctors of Bombay Hospital, Reliance Hospital, Wockhardt, etc. at Mumbai, we were wondering if we will be able to get a Doctor of the same skills here. After receiving treatment from Dr.Ankita on my first pregnancy for around 9 months, I can surely say that she has indepth knowledge in her field and matches the standards of any top Doctor of the country. Being empathetic and professional at the same time increases her acceptability amongst her patients. She makes the patients understand the medical issues in a lucid manner which provides a soothing comfort on every visit to her. Apart from usual medical treatment, her counselling, support and availability at any time, helped me comfortably sail through the period of pregnancy. Preliminary research on Google positioned her as one of the best Obstetrics in the vicinity but I was a bit hesitant to take the decision based entirely on the reviews online. We scheduled our first consultation with her at Apollo right after the confirmation that I was carrying. From the first visit itself, she came out as someone who has refined the knack of putting all the worries of her patients at ease with thorough interaction. She was ever responsive to the frantic late night texts, always guiding with perfect consultations till the time we welcomed our first child recently under her care. Dr. Ankita Mandal is a great gynecologist with a deep knowledge and her behaviour to the patients is very much soft and calm. I was quite tensed for my wife's gynecological issues, but when we met her she took her time to explain my wife's conditions with me as well as her treatment options.
